After years of diving through the problem, recruiting the right team, and analyzing four billion transactions to create our secret sauce. Finally, we had member number one!
Countless times, we contemplated key questions. Will people like Brigit? Are members going to trust us as a company working on real problems we relate to or fear us as another heartless, villainous financial institution? Can Brigit work responsibly and will the community continue to spend wisely?

After enrolling hundreds of thousands of members and sending millions of dollars– the results are finally in! Today, we are full of pride having fulfilled our promise to help those in need become stress-free.
It’s the little things that make a difference to change one’s quality of life. For one member, the ability to fund an emergency purchase helped save his job. Another member, single mother was able to mark an important family milestone by taking her daughter out for a graduation dinner.

As we expected 90%+ of our members have used our money for recurring responsible reasons.

A note for the future
As a famous Chinese proverb proclaims, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” Although we may have covered the first step, we still have miles to go. And rest assured that with you by our side, we will cover the distance.
